Wavemakers is a free career development program that can be completed in 22 hours. It offers professional skills development, hands-on learning with real-world work scenarios, mentorship, and industry connections—all from a virtual-reality campus. Plus, you’ll receive digital credentials, a LinkedIn completion certificate, and a chance to win a $1500 scholarship.

Timelines
The Wavemakers program is offered on a rolling basis, with cohorts starting every few weeks. Some cohorts are organized into once-weekly sessions, and others have sessions twice weekly, allowing you to schedule Wavemakers at a time and pace that works with your courses.
Time Commitment
The Wavemakers program is built around eight (8) synchronous online sessions, plus a session zero for planning. In addition, there are four (4) hands-on working group sessions focused on solving real-world problems related to the United Nations Sustainability Goals.
Employer Connections
The Wavemakers program includes a component connecting student participants with employer mentors, and the experience culminates with an exclusive career fair featuring a wide range of employers.
