Post Your Canada Summer Job as a Social Sciences Co-op Position
What roles are eligible as Social Sciences co-op jobs?
- If your Canada Summer Job is at least 12 weeks in duration and 35 hours per week, it may qualify as a Social Sciences co-op position.
- Social Sciences students go on to many diverse careers, using a dynamic and unique skill set. Each role is vetted to determine a fit for the learning goals of the specific co-op programs that we offer at this time.
What are the benefits for your organization?
- Beyond your typical promotional strategies, we target promotion of these roles to our Social Sciences co-op students, who come with a unique set of skills including critical thinking, communication, adaptability, community and cultural awareness, project management, and more.
- Many of our students have a keen interest in future jobs in the not-for profit and public sectors. By interviewing and hiring our students, you have an opportunity to mentor and screen potential future employees.
- You are not obligated to hire one of our students, but you will gain access to students who are eager and prepared to work with and for you.
- One of our Social Sciences co-op team members can provide job posting and hiring support as needed.
