Employers: Register Now for McMaster’s Fall Career Fair

McMaster University is set to host its Fall Career Fair on September 17, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the David Braley Athletic Centre (DBAC), bringing together students, new graduates, and employers for the university’s largest on-campus recruitment event. The annual fair connects organizations with students seeking full-time, part-time, co-op, internship, summer, and new graduate opportunities, while giving employers the chance to build relationships with emerging talent through face-to-face networking and recruitment. Organized by McMaster’s Student Success Center, the annual event has become a key destination for employers looking to raise brand awareness and strengthen their talent pipelines at McMaster.

The Fair presents a particularly strong opportunity for organizations seeking co-op students or new graduates from the Faculty of Social Sciences, whose programs develop highly transferable skills that are in demand across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. Social Sciences students bring strengths in research and data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, community engagement, policy evaluation, teamwork, and cultural awareness.
